2022 WCEDA Annual Meeting

December 1, 2022

On Wednesday, November 16, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa hosted WCEDA's Annual Meeting. Over 280 seats were sold, making this possibly WCEDA's largest annual meeting to date!

Keynote speaker, Elizabeth Oplatka, presented on the topic "How to make the most of and make peace with a multi-generational team."

Five, nearly six, generations at work, and everybody seems to want to know, “Can’t we all just get along?” We’ll learn that Millennials aren’t kids anymore; Boomers aren’t played out, and Gen Z, in fact, does want to work. Mostly, we’ll explore how to make the most of a multi-generational workforce and the differences between age-related and generation-related behaviors.
